Uganda, Bugisu 2025 After 5 years, we finally have Uganda back in stock! This is a bean for everyone: starting with a base of toasted and honeyed walnuts, this coffee transforms at every roast level. When roasted light, the walnuts are accompanied by a ripe berry acidity. Turning up the heat to the recommended Roaster's Choice vaporizes the berries but enhances the honey walnuts with floral black tea notes. Going even further to dark roast transforms the taste yet again, with the floral notes departing and instead replaced by rich dark chocolate and a walnut finish. Show more
