Fre selects the fruit for their alcohol-removed Chardonnay from California's finest marine-influenced vineyards, where cool breezes and fog allow the grapes to ripen slowly and evenly as they develop rich flavors and complexity. Fre's winemakers carefully craft this Chardonnay using traditional methods; then using an exclusive spinning cone process gently removes the alcohol while preserving the wine's delicate aromas and flavors. Tasting Notes: With its deep golden hue, and lively tropical fruit aromas, Fre's alcohol-removed Chardonnay is elegance personified. Rich, creamy apple flavors mingle with crisp citrus notes on the palate, leading to an enjoyably tart finish. Pairing: Try this Chardonnay with seafood dishes, roasted veal chops, creamy pastas, salads and mild cheeses
