The COSTUMAKERS Activewear One Way Separating Zipper 60cm (24") - Pink - 1760 is crafted for activewear and outerwear applications where a reliable, non-separating front closure is essential. Featuring a #5 nylon coil, it provides a balance of strength and smooth operation ideal for jackets, vests, and technical layers. To install, stabilize the seam allowance with interfacing or stay tape, baste to confirm alignment, and stitch close to the coil with a zipper foot for optimal performance. After sewing, test the slider’s travel from end to end to ensure seamless functionality under regular wear. Pair with matching thread for an integrated look or a slightly contrasting tone to highlight topstitching details. Follow the garment fabric’s care instructions and press with a cloth around the nylon coil to prevent heat damage. Maintaining a selection of lengths and colours in your toolkit saves time during production, repairs, and customizations, ensuring consistent, professional results every time. Show more
