The COSTUMAKERS Invisible Closed End Zipper 20cm (8") - Navy - 1780 is designed for seamless integration into garments where closure invisibility and ultra-light weight are essenti al. Featuring an invisible #2.5 nylon coil set into ultra-lightweight tape, it remains concealed behind the fabric teeth for a clean finish. This closed-end orientation is ideal for dresses, skirts, and tailored pants, offering secure fastening without visible hardware. To install, use a fine invisible zipper foot, basting gently to confirm placement, then stitch close to the coil for a neat finish. After sewing, zip and unzip fully to verify unobstructed movement, then press fabric edges carefully to maintain invisibility. Select coordinating fabric and thread to ensure the zipper blends perfectly with your design. Handle with care: machine wash according to garment instructions and press over the coil lightly to prevent distortion. Always trim excess tape, grade seams, and press incrementally for professional-grade results. Show more
