Handcrafted Quality: Two baskets handwoven from rattan reed over solid hardwood bottoms, with hardwood rims and leather handles riveted through the weave, by an Old Order Amish family on the Iowa-Missouri border, and signed by the weaver who made them. A Pair for Sorting: Each basket is 20 x 12 inches at the rim and 11 1/2 inches tall, the same basket as our Narrow Wicker Laundry Basket, and the two sit side by side on top of most washers and dryers: lights in one, darks in the other, and each one a washer load. Fits The Narrow Spots: At 12 inches wide and 11 1/2 inches low, each basket rests on a 12 inch closet shelf, slides into a cubby, and sits flat under a bench or a folding counter. Measures: 20" x 12" x 11 1/2" tall, each. Contents not included. Three Trim Colors: Choose Plain, Wine & Blue, or Wine & Green for the pair. The color is woven in as dyed reed, not painted on. Optional Extras: A lift-off solid wood lid for each basket and a pair of hand-sewn cotton liners sewn for them are optional and sold right on this page. The baskets ship open and unlined and are complete without them. American Heritage: Handwoven in the USA and signed by the Amish weaver who made them. Backed by our lifetime guarantee, with free shipping and no-questions returns on every order. This is the pair for the laundry room that sorts as it goes. "These baskets are beautiful and well made," Angela wrote in 2026. "I am confident that they will last for many years to come." Michelle, the same year: "The Laundry Storage baskets are so well made. I love how they look in my new laundry room." If you need one, the single is the Narrow Wicker Laundry Basket on its own page; if you need three, order the pair here and one single there. The baskets are woven freehand, so no two are alike, which is the point of a signed basket. Each one is a bushel and a quarter, about 12 gallons, a full washer load without pressing down, and the sizes are the outside of the rim. Both baskets ship unlined; the pair of liners sewn for them lifts each load out in one piece and washes by machine, and a lift-off wood lid is made for each basket, both sold on this page and easy to add any time after the baskets arrive. For a full load in one bigger basket, the Vintage Wicker Laundry Basket at 22 x 16 1/2 or the 2 Bushel Laundry Basket at 27 x 18; for a hamper with the lid built in, the hampers with lids page; the whole family is on the wicker laundry baskets page. They are woven by hand, the way Old Order Amish families on the Iowa-Missouri border have woven for generations, and the weaver signs the bottom of each before it leaves the farm. Standard shipping is free, and rush delivery is offered at checkout when a birthday or Christmas is close. Every order ships gift-ready, with no prices in the box, a free gift note at checkout, and a short letter about the family who wove it. Both baskets carry our lifetime guarantee, and returns are no questions asked. Measures: 20" x 12" x 11 1/2" tall, each
