Highlights: Made In Germany. ARMLOCK: The cross-legged jaws guarantee maximum stability for suspending the jaws in the slider. GLIDE & FIX: The improved geometry guarantees quick and easy movement of the jaws on the cross-beam. QUICK ADJUST: The knurls (red knobs) allow the jaws to be quickly released and moved on the cross-beam without the need for tools. SWITCH: A two-sided spindle tip provides optimal adjustment of the spindle to the shaft. For removing bearings, gears, pulleys discs, & more. The Kukko 20-2+ 2 jaw puller is a tool designed for the removal of bearings, gears, pulleys, and other press-fitted components. Made in Germany, it features a robust two-arm design that allows for efficient operation in confined spaces. The cross-legged jaw system ensures stability, while the enhanced geometry enables smooth adjustments along the cross-beam. Quick adjustments are facilitated by knurled knobs, eliminating the need for additional tools. A two-sided spindle tip further enhances adaptability for various shaft configurations. This puller tool incorporates parallel pulling hooks that maintain alignment under load, ensuring consistent engagement. The hooks can be adjusted infinitely along the cross-beam for customized positioning. The inclusion of a mechanical pressure screw, along with a milled thread coated for durability, improves performance and longevity. This bearing puller includes a cross-beam with a hexagonal profile, offering a secure grip during operation. The spindle head band prevents slipping, allowing for controlled torque application. Compatibility with optional hydraulic accessories broadens its capabilities for handling particularly tight fittings. Nearly all components are replaceable, streamlining maintenance. A tube of Kukko’s specialized grease is included for spindle care, contributing to extended service life and dependable performance. The Kukko 20-2+ 2 jaw puller features corrosion-resistant KUKKoating, ensuring long-term reliability. Features: Standard pulling hook with quick adjusting capability quick adjust. Parallel pulling hooks in every position, even with full load. Pulling hooks with infinitely variable adjustment on the cross-beam. Optimal adjustment of the spindle to the shaft with 2-sided spindle tip (ball and tip). Mechanical pressure screw. Milled thread treated with special coating. Two-arm design for space-saving operation. Kukko Advantage: A manual adjustment knurl allows rapid loosening and adjusting of the extractor jaws on the cross-beam without using a wrench. Can be installed on various pulling hooks and variable reach thanks to jaw extensions. Turning the pulling hooks enables them to be used both internally and externally. Suitable for pulling asymmetric workpieces. Spindle head band prevents the wrench from slipping off. Cross-beam with hexagonal profile for good grip. Almost all components available as replacement parts, time-saving order process thanks to numbering system. Hydraulic spindle series 8-0 for particularly tight parts, available from a particular puller size. Auxiliary hydraulic ram series 9 for particularly tight parts, can be used from a particular puller size. Note: Pressure pads from series 600-17 are a good addition if the shaft is hollow and the spindle cannot be supported. Stability support from optional series 219 clamp. Strong design, high performance and long service life. Self-healing corrosion protection KUKKoating for galvanized parts (WITHOUT chrom VI). Safety label to ensure protection of intellectual property. A tube of KUKKO special grease included for pressure spindle. Product video on the product can be opened.
