A tribute to small scale industrial French cheese-making, Delice de Bourgogne from Burgundy is a pasteurized triple creme that is unapologetically rich and delightfully whipped. Un like many straightforward triple-cremes, this one has a thin, pungent mold rind that imparts straw and mushroom aromas, complementing the buttery yellow, sweet cream interior. Heavenly and delectable. Made from cow's milk. Serve with sparkling wine and fresh strawberries for the perfect combination. Show more
