Made in small batches from the freshest milk, this rich, creamy blue is beautifully balanced, sultry and seductive, with earthy flavors and a surprisingly mild, clean finish. Delic ately laced and veined with a high butterfat content for extra creaminess. Roth Buttermilk Blue is perfect for crumbling over steaks and burgers, mixed into risotto and mac & cheese, whipped into salad dressings, or served as is on a cheese plate alongside fig jam and dark chocolate. Pairs well with yeasty dark beer, Riesling, and gin. Show more
