●Byzance Extra Dry Series Made from B20 bronze alloy, hand-hammered for superior sound, natural appearance and extremely dry sound. Extra Dry series cymbals feature large hammer ma rks, which, combined with the natural, unprocessed finish, give them an extremely dark sound with short sustain. They have a deep, bass-dominant sound quality. Transition Ride 21: A signature model created through extensive collaboration between Mike Johnston and MEINL. This cymbal features a dry, fast decay, and a clean, swift transition from crash to ride, making it extremely easy to control. While the Extra Dry series is characterized by hammering only, with no razing or polishing, the Transition Ride features polished top and backside razing, achieving a cymbal sound that blends seamlessly into a band sound, a balance never before seen in this series.
