Features: 10 Pack. Helps keep machines and components consistently lubricated which reduces the risk of bearing failure. Can be filled with any grease from NLGI #0 - 4. Refillable & reusable. Activation is immediate. No switches, or activation accessories required. For: Lubrication of any equipment that: Is subject to vibration, shock, impact, high torque, or centrifugal forces. Has anti-friction oscillating, ball or roller bearings Has shielded bearings with seals Has bronze, oilite or open bearings Requires bearing flushing action Can be mounted in any position & used in any hazardous areas. Dispensing Mechanism: Uses a spring, piston with metering rod, and piston seal ring. The design offers reliable, controlled lubrication through a simple, foolproof setup and durable, high-strength components. How it works: The meter rod’s graduated channels let the bearing draw grease only as needed. Venturi action releases lubricant only when the bearing is in motion. Prevents grease from packing into the bearing. Eliminates over-lubrication during planned machine downtime Operates at a low pressure of 1–5 psi to avoid damaging bearing seals. Grease flow stops automatically when the bearing stops. Springs: Assembled with the Medium (Silver) springs. Light (Blue), and heavy (Red) springs are included in the box. The extra heavy (Orange) spring is an optional add-on. The clear housing allows easy monitoring of grease levels. Easy instillation. Saves money: Nearly half of all bearing failures are due to improper lubrication such as over and under greasing. Protect Workers: LubeSite greasers often permit longer periods between greasing. Workers can avoid lubricating equipment while it's in operation & can see lubricant levels from far away. NOTICE: Do not Overfill! Overfilling can cause over-pressure which can result in the top separating from base. This can cause serious head or eye injury. The Bijur Delimon LubeSite 360 Auto Greaser is a refillable, reusable lubrication device built to deliver consistent grease output in tough industrial conditions. Featuring a robust 6 oz capacity and an anodized aluminum base for added durability, it’s ideal for applications involving vibration, impact, high torque, or centrifugal force. Offered as a 10 Pack, this model activates instantly with no need for switches or external components. This bearing greaser supports lubrication of shielded, sealed, or open bearings including anti-friction oscillating, ball, roller, oilite, and bronze styles. It uses a spring-powered piston system and metering rod to distribute NLGI grade 0 to 4 non-separating grease at low pressure (1–5 psi). The metering rod's internal channels deliver grease only as required, while venturi action ensures it flows only when the bearing is in motion. This helps avoid over-lubrication and grease packing during downtime. Each grease feeder is pre-assembled with a medium (silver) spring, and includes both light (blue) and heavy (red) springs for output adjustment. The clear dome allows users to check lubricant levels at a glance, and the device includes a Zerk fitting for easy refilling. With 1/8” NPT or BSPT thread compatibility and support for hazardous areas, it offers flexible installation across industries. This system reduces manual lubrication, extends maintenance intervals, and enhances operator safety by allowing visual monitoring without interrupting operations. Built for long-term use in most environments, the Bijur Delimon LubeSite 360 Auto Greaser provides a practical solution for maintaining bearing reliability across a wide range of applications. Specifications: Size: 6 oz (177.44 ml) (177.44 cc). Dimensions: 6.00” (152.4 mm) high x 3.00” (76.2 mm) wide. Part Number: 360 Series: LubeSite 300 Pressure: 1 - 5 psi (0.07 - 0.34 bar) Temperature Range: -10ºF to 250ºF (-23ºC to 121ºC) Material: Polycarbonate dome. Lightweight anodized aluminum base. Compatible Grease: NLGI grade 0 to 4 non-separating. Thread Size: 1/8” NPT or 1/8” BSPT. Fitting for filling: Zerk. How To Order: Select the proper unit size: To determine the unit size, you need to know the bearing shaft diameter, speed, and the bearing class. If the shaft diameter is 2”, the bearing is sealed and the shaft speed is a continuous 2000 rpm, you will need an extra large unit. See the "LubeSite Size Selection Guide" picture. Select the proper spring size: First, determine the operating temperature andthe grease weight. For example, if the operating temperature of the bearing rangesfrom 60ºF to 80ºF, and you’re using grade 2 grease, then you will need a meduim(silver) spring. If mounting on an extension, use of an extra heavy (orange) spring may be required (spring effectiveness will vary with application). See the See the spring selection guide picture.
