So orange it's almost red! Christian Binner has been a leader in natural winemaking in Alsace. He formed the "Les Vins Pirouettes" which now involves 14 likeminded growers in the r egion. ‘Eros by Vincent’ is grown and made by Vincent Gross of Domaine Gross in Gueberschwihr, from 0.5 hectare of organically grown 18 year old vines of pinot gris, riesling, and silvaner, planted on limestone and sandstone. “I loved making this skinsy Alsatian amber,” confesses the winemaker A kaleidoscope of savory and complex aromas and flavors, herbal and spicy, gentle tannins, earthy and refreshing, a unique drinking experience Show more
