Crostini (meaning "little toasts" in Italian) is an Italian appetizer consisting of small slice s of grilled or toasted bread and toppings. Crostini is typically made using French or Italian baguettes and is often served with wine. The Bello Rustico recipe is classic: flour, water, yeast, sea salt, and a drizzle of high quality extra virgin olive oil from Puglia’s famous olive oil capital, Bitonto.
