A Burgundian take on Finger Lakes Pinot Noir, this is a complex and earthy dry red. The grapes are hand-picked from Cayuga Lake's Auten Vineyard, and fermentation takes places with stems. The wine is aged on the lees in old French oak barrels, and the result is a red-fruited, savory, and earthy light-bodied wine. Show more
