Pouilly-Fuissé Mise en Bouche expresses the pure elegance of chardonnay, showcasing its perfect ripeness with vibrant freshness and delicate notes of honeysuckle and subtle oak. On the palate, it strikes a harmonious balance between natural acidity, body, and its refined aging, with a refreshing mineral and chalky profile. Hand harvested in 50kg crates, gentle, slow pressing of gravity-pressed bunches. Vinified with natural yeasts and aged on lees. Show more
