It is a 100% Lambrusco del Pellegrino deep red sparkling wine with a joyful fruit focus and a salty and spicy finish. Lambrusco del Pellegrino is one of those forgotten grapes that in the late 1800s defined the area of Castelvetro di Modena as one of the most talented and unique grapes in the region. It is also a grape capable of withstanding the challenges posed by the climate change thanks to its sparse bunches and long maturation cycle. Podere Sottoilnoce currently has the most Lambrusco del Pellegrino vines in all the region. *Natural and Organic Show more
