This 40 cm (16 in) zipper features a precision #2.5 nylon coil seamlessly integrated into matching polyester tape, delivering exceptional tensile strength without adding bulk. The closed-end design provides a neat, secure hem finish, while the nickel-free, corrosion-resistant slider ensures smooth, snag-free operation through repeated wear, wash, and press cycles. Each coil undergoes solution-dyeing to ensure consistent, fade-resistant coloration across production runs. All materials comply with CPSIA lead-safety standards and are tensile-tested beyond 20 newtons for long-term durability in both children's and adult garments. Installation is effortless with any standard zipper foot, allowing the tape to lie flat within seam allowances for a polished silhouette that resists distortion under steam and mechanical stress. Individually sleeved for protection against moisture and abrasion during transit and storage, the {color.lower()} zipper is ideal for bridalwear, couture, eyewear cases, and everyday designs requiring a dependable, low-profile closure.
