The COSTUMAKERS General Purpose Closed End Zipper, Style 1700 in Turquoise combines sophisticated aesthetics with industrial-grade durability for versatile garment construction. Th is 50 cm (20 in) zipper integrates a precision #2.5 nylon coil with matching solution-dyed polyester tape, offering exceptional tensile strength and a sleek, low-profile finish. The closed-end design ensures a neat, secure hemline, preventing separation at the base and providing a clean finish for both lightweight and heavier fabrics. The nickel-free, corrosion-resistant slider glides smoothly without snagging through repeated wear, laundering, and pressing cycles. Each coil is solution-dyed under strict color-tolerance standards to maintain uniform, fade-resistant hues across production lots. All components exceed CPSIA lead-compliance requirements and undergo tensile testing above 20 newtons for reliable long-term performance in both children’s and adult apparel. Installation is straightforward with any standard zipper foot, allowing the tape to lie flat within seam allowances for a polished silhouette that resists distortion under steam or mechanical stress. Individually sleeved to protect against moisture and abrasion during transit and storage, the turquoise zipper is perfect for bridal couture, formalwear, outerwear, and everyday fashion pieces demanding a dependable, discrete closure.
