The COSTUMAKERS General Purpose Closed End Zipper, Style 1700 in Aubergine delivers a sleek, industrial-strength solution for garment closures. This 50 cm (20 in) zipper features a #2.5 precision nylon coil integrated into solution-dyed polyester tape, ensuring exceptional tensile strength and color consistency across production runs. The closed-end construction provides a clean, secure finish at the hem without risk of separation, ideal for both lightweight and heavier fabrics. The nickel-free, corrosion-resistant slider offers smooth, snag-free operation through countless cycles of wear, washing, and pressing. Each coil is tested beyond 20 newtons to exceed durability standards and all components are CPSIA lead-compliant, ensuring safety for children’s apparel and adult designs. Installation is effortless with any standard zipper foot, allowing the tape to lie flat within seam allowances for a polished silhouette that resists distortion under steam or mechanical stress. Individually sleeved to protect against moisture and abrasion during transport and storage, the {color.lower()} zipper is perfect for couture, bridalwear, formal attire, outerwear, and everyday fashion pieces seeking a reliable, low-profile closure.
