[Used USA Custom Series 14x5, 8 tension model now in stock!] ～USA Custom Series～ The Gretsch USA Custom series is the flagship model synonymous with the "That Great Gretsch Sound" that has been leading the scene since the 1960s, with its tight, solid attack and crisp character. The foundation of Gretsch drums is the traditional 6-ply maple/gum shell called Gretsch Formula with a distinctive "Silver Sealer" inner finish, a precision-formed 30-degree bearing edge, and a sturdy die-cast hoop. By adopting 8 tension, this model provides a soft touch without being too hard, a moderately gentle overtone, and a core to the sound particles, resulting in a very balanced snare sound. This is a highly expressive snare drum that fully demonstrates the delicate touch and dynamics of sticking.
