New model at the 2025 NAMM Show! This is a high-cost performance model inspired by the traditional 000-18 style. It has an all-solid body with a spruce top and mahogany sides and b ack, and is equipped with a pickup, making it a full-fledged electric acoustic guitar. The top material has been treated with the same torrefied (heat-treated) process used in the top-of-the-line Authentic Series, resulting in a soft, deep tone even when new. Typical of the 000-18 style, it has a warm midrange and clear pronunciation and response. With its easy-to-handle body and outstanding playability, it is ideal for a variety of playing styles, from vocals to fingerstyle and lead playing. This guitar allows you to enjoy the Martin sound loved by musicians of the past in a wide range of situations, from home to the stage.Model: 000E Retro Plus Mahogany Top: Torrefied Spruce Back & Side: Mahogany Bracing Pattern: Scalloped X-Brace Neck Material: Select Hardwood Neck Shape: PA Profile / High Performance Taper Nut Material: White Corian Headplate Material: East Indian Rosewood Fingerboard & Bridge: Ebony Scale Length: 24.9 (632 mm) Fingerboard Width at Nut: 1 3/4(44.5mm) Tuning Machines: Nickel Open Gear Pickguard: Faux Tortoise Finish: Gloss / Aging Toner Top Case: Soft Shell Electronics: Martin E-1 Show more
