From the American brand "GENZLER," based in New York, comes the "MAGELLAN 800 +," a next-generation bass amplifier that is lightweight yet boasts a high output of 800W and great fl exibility! Based on years of research and development, design and manufacturing expertise, and the needs of players, the MAGELLAN 800+ was developed under rigorous design standards. This unit combines a solid-state, fully analog preamplifier with a highly efficient Class D 800W power amplifier to achieve superior dynamics, low noise, and high headroom. The MAGELLAN 800+ is the most powerful and feature-rich compact bass amplifier in its class. In addition to improved dynamic response and playability, it achieves reduced noise floor and increased dynamic headroom. This model embodies the "innovation, performance, reliability, and versatility" that the GENZLER design team has pursued. It delivers natural and transparent reproduction of the original sound, classic and vintage harmonics, and a "powerful playing feel" that gives the sound core and weight. All of this is condensed into an all-aluminum chassis weighing just about 2.83 kg. ■Features: • New input circuit with enhanced dynamics and low-noise/high-headroom design using high-quality operational amplifiers. • New DRIVE circuit (footswitch compatible) that produces tube-like harmonics and compression. - Adjustable HPF (multi-slope/frequency-dependent design) from 25 to 120 Hz • Individually adjustable dual contour circuitry • 4-band active EQ with two variable mid-range channels - Ultra-lightweight all-aluminum chassis weighing only 6.25 lbs (approximately 2.83 kg) ■Front Panel: 1/4-inch input, mute switch, input pad (-8.5dB) - Gain control - Drive channel switching - HPF (25-120Hz variable) • Dual contour circuit • Curve A: Modern (mid-scoop with emphasis on low and high frequencies) • Curve B: Vintage-oriented (emphasized low-mids) • Flat: Bypass 4-band EQ Bass: ±15dB @ 75Hz・Low Mid: ±15dB (120Hz to 2kHz)・High Mid: ±15dB (330Hz to 3.7kHz) Treble: ±15dB @ 6kHz Master volume ■Rear panel impedance selector (8Ω / 4Ω / 2.67Ω) Dual SpeakON speaker outputs, headphone output, footswitch input, effects loop, tuner out, DI out (PRE/POST switchable) • Temperature-controlled, variable-speed fan • All-aluminum chassis (aircraft grade) ■Specifications/Output: 400W (8Ω) / 800W (4Ω・2.67Ω) Minimum load impedance: 2.67Ω • Power supply: 100-240V / 50-60Hz (universal compatible) Dimensions: H76.2 x W285.8 x D266.7 mm・Weight 2.83kg Show more
