It can create high-quality tape echo sounds as if there were tape inside the pedal. It faithfully reproduces the tape echo sound of the Maestro Echoplex EP-3, which may be the most famous in the world. The EP-3 is a representative echo of 70s rock guitar sound and is known to have been used by many guitarists such as Jimmy Page, Brian May, Tommy Bolin, KK Downing, and Van Halen. Belle Epoch packs everything the adorable EP-3 has to offer into this tiny, maintenance-free box. A tape echo pedal cannot be created simply by adding a few filters to a standard digital delay. To produce a sound similar to a genuine Echoplex, you must understand and reproduce a variety of subtle characteristics. The preamp, oscillation, character, playability that allows it to be used like an instrument itself, the hits when the sound is recorded on tape, wow and flutter, repeat decay, compatibility with amplifiers and other pedals... all of these elements are important for achieving a true reproduction. *There is paint peeling on the back cover.Condition: No problems with use.
