Aged 16 months in French oak, it delights with a bouquet of chocolate-covered c herries, earthy notes, black pepper, and toffee. The bright acidity balances the wine's velvety mouthfeel, while its dark cherry essence shines through, showcasing the unique terroir of the Arroyo Seco AVA.
