Acetanisole stands as a cornerstone ingredient for powdery-sweet compositions. This crystalline material delivers an exceptional sweet-anisic profile with remarkable longevity. Lev erage its hawthorn-like character to bridge the gap between vanilla accords and floral bouquets with unparalleled effectiveness. This makes a great alternative or booster to anisaldehyde when you hit IFRA limits of that material. These crystals work wonders in vanilla bases to add depth and realism. Acetanisole pairs brilliantly with heliotropin, coumarin, and hay absolute. Use in floral-powdery compositions at 0.03-0.15% to extend pollen notes and smooth aldehyde harshness.
