This session is designed to restore energy flow to support better attention, concentration, and focus. In this BioEnergetic health model, our inability to focus occurs when we parts of ourselves stuck in the sympathetic nervous system fight/flight response. As these subconscious parts of us are hyper-focused on a threat (real or unreal) they are unable to participate in the present moment. These parts are missing from our conscious selves in the "Now" moment. They are "offline". When this happens, we are easily distracted and not able to focus. Conversely, hyper-focus can occur when we are actively alleviating a perceived threat. The aim of this session is to rebalance restore flow to the biofield where the energy pattern of fight/flight is detected. *** We are not medical professionals and are not giving medical advice on the treatment of any medical condition. These sessions are designed to balance energy systems in the body to promote an optimal state for healing.
