The AFUL Explorer is rich, bassy and forgiving, with voices pulled forward and notes that ring out long, and it loves older recordings like soul, jazz and anything mastered before everything got loud. The shells are comfortable enough that I've fallen asleep on my side wearing them. The stage is close and fine detail gets softened, so it's the wrong set for picking a mix apart. Show more
