Flower Care - Roses in floral foam last 5 to 7 days when kept cool and consistently moistened. Hot or dry conditions will shorten this significantly. - Position Amethyst in Box away from direct sun, vents, and radiators — the ideal spot is a cool interior surface, away from windows. - Add a small amount of cool water to the foam every two days. Check first: if the foam surface feels wet, wait one more day. - There is no need to trim the stems — they are embedded in foam, and cutting would disturb the arrangement without improving water uptake. - Pick out any petals or stems that have browned — this keeps the arrangement sharp and slows the spread of ethylene between blooms. Payment We support all major cards and digital wallets: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Tabby and Tamara are both available at checkout, letting you spread the cost of Amethyst in Box across 4 interest-free payments. Frequently Asked Questions What flowers are in the Amethyst in Box? Floral foam holds the roses in Amethyst in Box in place and supplies water continuously. Under proper care, the arrangement looks its best for 5 to 7 days. Place in a cool, still room — away from open windows, direct sunlight, and climate control units. Add cool water to the foam every two to three days; pour slowly at the edge rather than directly onto the stems. No trimming needed — the foam supplies water to each stem directly at the cut base. Remove spent blooms as soon as they begin to drop petals; this extends the life of the remaining roses. Do not store near produce or fruit; gases released during ripening shorten rose freshness noticeably. Is the arrangement made fresh when I order? Yes. The Amethyst in Box is always made to order. Our florists grade and select stems on the day and compose the arrangement fresh — each one is unique and none are pre-prepared.
