It's the most affordable way into a Jackson pedal kayak, and it gives up very little to the bigger boats.The Mark IV pedals forward and reverse and runs in a sealed oil bath, so care is mostly a rinse after each trip. The wide deck is steady sitting or standing. You get bungeed tank wells front and back, two recessed tackle box spots, flush-mount rod holders on both sides of the seat, gear tracks for accessories and a four-bolt stern pattern for a PowerPole or trolling motor mount.It suits small lakes, ponds, calm rivers and inshore water, and at 110 lb with the seat and drive it's one of the lighter pedal boats around.
