SickElixir brings Blawan’s restless sound design into a fourteen-track album for XL Recordings. Created between Berlin, Leeds, Paris and Lisbon, the record extends the experiments of BouQ, Dismantled Into Juice and Woke Up Right Handed, shaping clattering percussion and tightly worked electronic textures into compact pieces. Jamie Roberts’ background in drumming and metal sits alongside the influence of techno and dubstep, with rhythm remaining central even as the arrangements shift away from straightforward club structures. Monstera Black joins Rabbit Hole, while NOS, Weirdos United and Style Teef sit within a sequence that closes on the title track.Format: LP, black vinylLabel: XL RecordingsCatalogue number: XL1560LPTracklistA1: The GL LightsA2: NOSA3: Weirdos UnitedA4: Rabbit Hole (feat.
