Brisket can be intimidating. The seasoning doesn’t have to be. Lane’s Brisket Rub brings together the classic flavors beef loves: salt, black pepper, garlic, paprika and thyme. It creates a bold, savory bark while letting the rich flavor of the meat stay front and center. Coat your brisket generously before it hits the smoker and let the rub do its thing during the long cook. You’ll get deep color, a flavorful crust and plenty of seasoning in every slice. And despite the name, this one isn’t limited to brisket. Use it on beef ribs, steaks, burgers, chuck roast or anything else that could use a little steakhouse-style flavor. Whether it’s your first brisket or your fiftieth, this is the bottle you’ll want sitting beside the smoker. Flavor Profile: Bold, savory and peppery Heat Level: Mild Best On: Brisket, beef ribs, steak, burgers and chuck roast Great For: Smoking, grilling, roasting and slow cooking Pairs Well With: Kinda Sweet BBQ Sauce and Pow Pow Marinade A Good Choice If: You want a classic brisket seasoning that builds a flavorful bark without covering up the taste of the beef
