What's actually in them This is our master cookie recipe, and it hasn't been cut down for volume: A full pound of real butter per batch Four eggs and four teaspoons of real vanilla Brown sugar and white sugar, which is what gets you a chewy center and a crisp edge instead of one or the other A mountain of chocolate chips — we are not shy with them Scratch-made, start to finish. No premix, no frozen dough They come out soft in the middle with a little browning around the edge. That's the target, and we're looking for it every single tray. How shipping works — and why these arrive fresh Mail-order cookies usually taste like mail-order cookies because they sat for a week first. Ours don't get that chance: We bake Tuesdays and Wednesdays only for out-of-town orders. They ship the same day they're baked. We ship them the afternoon after they are baked in the morning on these days. Please allow 3 - 5 days for delivery via Canada Post. They arrive as fresh as we can physically get them across the country. That's the whole reason for the Tuesday/Wednesday schedule — it exists so your cookies show up tasting like they did when they came out of the oven, not like they've been in a warehouse. Pickup: Tuesday to Saturday, 12 PM – 8 PM Let us know your preferred date in the notes at checkout and we'll have it ready Minimum 6 hours notice, and orders depend on what's already booked If we're full, we'll tell you as soon as we know — you won't be left guessing One thing to know before you order We bake to order, which means we book up. If you need cookies for a specific date — a birthday, a thank-you, a holiday, a client gift — get the order in early and tell us the date in the notes. That's the difference between getting them and getting an apology.
