Cursive First is a handwriting and phonics program that teaches children to read and spell through cursive writing from the beginning. Short, multisensory lessons have kids say sou nds, trace letter strokes, and write connected letters, aiming to strengthen phonemic awareness while building legible penmanship. Parents who prefer cursive for its flow and clarity appreciate having a structured, Orton-Gillingham–influenced approach ready to use. Materials are a one-time purchase and can be reused with multiple children, making Cursive First a cost-effective option for families committed to cursive. Show more
