Downstream Injector Filter 1/4” 1/4" Black Chemical Strainer Filter often used for injectors and pick up tubes. Plastic, with no metal check ball, so it doesn't corrode shut in ble ach the way metal mesh strainers do. On our builds the 1/4" poly braid draw line runs through a piece of 1/2" schedule 80 PVC riser tube with this filter nested in the bottom, which keeps the line straight and the filter fully submerged so the injector never pulls air.
