Drivers Overhead Electric Sign is a critical safety warning designed to alert drivers and machinery operators to the presence of dangerous overhead electric cables. This sign complies fully with HSE regulations and the Health and Safety (Safety Signs and Signals) Regulations 1996, featuring the ISO 7010 electrical hazard symbol to ensure clear and immediate hazard communication in accordance with UK safety standards. Manufactured in Britain from high-quality, durable materials—including rigid plastic, recyclable plastic, composite aluminium, or self-adhesive vinyl—this sign is engineered to withstand harsh outdoor conditions. Its pigment-bonded yellow background combined with bold black Helvetica text guarantees maximum legibility from a distance, enhancing visibility and safety on site while supporting sustainability through recyclable components. Ideal for use in high-risk environments such as construction sites, industrial yards, rail approaches, and agricultural areas, this sign provides a vital warning to prevent accidents involving tall vehicles and plant machinery operating near overhead cables. It plays a key role in reducing the risk of electrocution, grounding incidents, and costly collisions, thereby protecting personnel, visitors, and equipment. Beyond hazard prevention, this sign ensures compliance with safety audits and signage policies, including ISO and HSE standards. Its professional British manufacture assures adherence to all legal requirements, promoting a robust workplace safety culture and providing peace of mind. Installation is flexible with multiple fixing options available: self-adhesive backing, pre-drilled holes, or foam pads.
