Introducing the second coffee in our Still Point Series, Dynamic Blend. The Dynamic Blend is built on the mentorship and collaboration we have with Dynamic Coffee Roasters. Since 2023 Dynamic has taken me under their wing and taught me so much about how coffee work as a whole. It's Still Coffee wouldn't be here today without the guidance the team at Dynamic has given me. The Blend is center around the flavor profile the team of Dynamic Coffee leans to. A cup that is clean and balanced. A cup that is "easy to drink" and an all around solid coffee that preforms well across different brew methods. Currently in the blend: Hulikere Washed Lot2 (90%) and Juan Puerta Cream Rose Co-Ferment (10%). Makes the cup remind us of chocolate covered cherries and vanilla
