In the Box Masturbator Machine x1 White Sauce Cup x1 Charging cable x1 Manual x1 Product Specifications Product Materials: ABS body, CyberSkin TPE sleeve Dimensions: 3.39 x 3.39 x 6.18 inches / 86 x 86 x 157 mm Weight: 1.07 pounds / 485 grams Battery Capacity: 2000mAh Rated Voltage: DC 3.7V Rated Power: 5W Usage Time: More than 60 minutes per charge, depending on the mode and intensity used Charge Time: 150 to 210 minutes Noise Level: 48 dB, measured in-house with a sound level meter 30 cm from the device in a quiet indoor room, running Spin & Suction together at maximum power, with the airflow sticker intact. Different rooms, distances and surfaces will give different readings. Water Resistance: The motor housing is not waterproof and is wipe-clean only. It contains a lithium battery, and water entering the housing can cause electrical leakage. The Sauce Cup sleeve detaches and washes normally. App required: No. Extra Sauce has no app and no Bluetooth — all control is on the device. Warranty: 1 year from the date of purchase, covering malfunction of the electric components caused by manufacturing or parts defects. Care & Cleaning Detach the cup first: Tilt the cup slightly and pull it out, then carefully remove the rubber sleeve. Clean the sleeve, not the motor. Wash the sleeve: Warm — never hot — water, with a mild neutral cleanser or plain water. Rinse thoroughly. Dry it completely before reinserting or storing: Pat it dry with a soft cloth and let it air dry fully. Putting a damp sleeve back into the motor housing traps moisture against the electronics. Never use a hair dryer or heater to dry the sleeve: Heat can damage the TPE material. Air drying only. The motor housing is wipe-clean only: Use a clean cloth or towel. Do not rinse, submerge, or run it under a tap. Lubricant: A water-based lubricant is required, both for comfort and to protect the sleeve. Silicone-based and oil-based lubricants degrade TPE. Do not remove the airflow sticker: It is part of a patented airflow design that reduces operating noise. Removing it will make the device louder. Do not use while charging: Using the product during charging risks electrical leakage. Storage: Store the sleeve and machine dry and separately, in a cool place away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity. Sleeve Service Life Roughly 30 to 50 uses per Sauce Cup sleeve, when cared for as described above: no hot water, a mild cleanser or plain water only, water-based lubricant only, and dried completely before storage. Heat, harsh cleansers, non-water-based lubricant, or storing it damp will shorten that considerably. Replacement Sauce Cups are $20 each, and swapping one in takes about a second.
