We will email you a detailed checklist explaining everything needed to create your loved one’s funeral program. This checklist includes instructions regarding photographs, obituary information, service details, and other content required for your selected package. The checklist will also explain exactly how your information must be organized and submitted. Please do not submit your information before reviewing the instructions. STEP 3: SUBMIT YOUR COMPLETED INFORMATION Once you receive the checklist, carefully gather and organize all required information according to the instructions provided. Please double-check the spelling of names, dates, locations, service times, and other important details. Design work will not begin until all required information has been received. Incomplete submissions or information that does not follow the checklist instructions may delay the design process. STEP 4: WE CREATE YOUR FUNERAL PROGRAM Once all required information has been received, we will begin creating your personalized funeral program according to your selected package.
