Simply print 2 hits of ink and you are good to go for each color. If you are printing multiple inks, then flash the glitter ink at 220°F (105°C) for 3 – 5 seconds prior to printing your next color. The glitters reflective attribute may elongate the flash time depending on flash unit. Make sure to test prior to full production.MESH:For automatic presses we recommend 25-30 Mesh. On Manual presses we recommend 40 mesh or lower screens.Curing Instructions:Flash at 220°F (105°C) for 3 – 5 seconds and cure at 280°F (137°C) – 300°F (148°C).Storage Information:Store at 65-90°F (18-32°C), avoiding direct sunlight.
