Our core series Glutamine is a 100% vegan and fermented source of L-Glutamine, one of the key building blocks of protein and muscle. L-Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the body, making up more than 60% of protein found in skeletal muscle and is of vital importance for many key functions such as muscle health and recovery, immune health and function as well as gut health. During intense bouts of stress, strenuous activity and even sickness, the body may not be able to produce adequate amounts of Glutamine and will begin breaking down and pulling from other areas such as your muscles which can lead to catabolism and muscle wasting as well as a weakened immune system. Supplementing with a premium supplement such as ours can help ensure adequate levels of Glutamine in your system and an overall healthier body inside and out. Show more
