If you have visited Salto, you likely have had Gypsy. It's a crowd pleaser and we gave it a new name! Sherwood Blend is the exact same medium roast blend of South American beans th at you will want to drink all day. In the cup, we found notes of peach, toffee, and praline. It is versatile, great as French Press, filter or aeropress. It's also the name of our goofy chocolate lab, sidekick to Local. Enjoy the fun! Show more
