Every placement matters — a well-placed token can unlock scoring opportunities, while a poorly placed one can block future moves. Building an efficient layout is the core challenge of the game. Open Drafting Each round, players choose from a shared, face-up selection of tokens. Everyone can see what's available, so timing and awareness matter — grab what you need before your opponents do, or risk being forced to take something that doesn't fit your plans. Pattern Matching Animals score points when specific arrangements of terrain tokens appear on your board. Players work toward these patterns turn by turn, balancing multiple animal cards at once to maximize their score. The satisfaction comes from seeing your carefully built landscape come together exactly as planned. 3D Landscape Building Certain terrain tokens stack on top of others, creating elevated layers on your board — mountains rising above forests, fields giving way to peaks. These stacked tiles unlock higher scoring opportunities and add a satisfying physical dimension to the puzzle, making every player's board look and feel like a unique living landscape by game's end.
