The HPD Board Package includes the essential building notices and postings commonly required by the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD). Designed for landlords, property managers, and building owners, this package helps keep residential properties organized, inspection-ready, and compliant with applicable NYC housing regulations. Dimensions: 24x36 Board Display (2 Board Package) Materials: 1/8" Corrugated Plastic What This is For: The HPD Board Package is a collection of required and commonly posted notices that help residential building owners comply with New York City Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) posting requirements. Rather than purchasing each notice individually, the package provides a convenient solution for displaying essential building information in one centralized location. These postings may include items such as building registration information, emergency contact information, fire safety notices, janitor or superintendent information, and other notices required by the NYC Housing Maintenance Code and related local laws, depending on the package contents. Maintaining these required postings helps building owners prepare for HPD inspections, communicate important safety information to tenants, and reduce the risk of violations or penalties resulting from missing or outdated notices.
