Please read before purchasing!! Jerseys must be purchased prior to or at the time of submitting a customization request. We cannot customize jerseys that are not official Quad City Storm products. Full payment for both the jersey and customization is required before your order will be processed. Please review your size, number, and name carefully before submitting, as the Quad City Storm is not responsible for errors provided at the time of order. Turnaround times may vary. Please allow at least one month for production. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation and follow-up communication regarding your customization. Please note: we have switched to a new customization provider. As a result, custom jerseys no longer include shoulder numbers or C/A patches. Exact colors, fonts, and effects can not be precisely replicated as they appear on authentic jerseys. Show more
