It i s used in soups, stews, and tea.The tender bulbous end of lemon grass is often thinly sliced and added to dishes, lending a wonderfully pungent flavor. The more fibrous and coarse green end of the lemon grass is often used for its flavoring, but it does not disintegrate and disappear when cooking, so it is best removed from a dish before serving.Melissa's Lemon Grass is hand picked for excellent quality. This item is perishable and must ship at least 2nd Day.Any orders that do not have the appropriate shipping method selected will not be shipped out.
