On a warm afternoon in New York Harbor, Lady Liberty has made herself comfortable — stretched out in a hammock strung between the cables of the Brooklyn Bridge, book in hand, torch set aside. The city hums along without her for once. Nobody has held the light of freedom longer. She's earned it. Originally published in The New Yorker on May 25th, 1998, this cover showcases Peter de Sève's signature warmth and wit — the kind of illustration that makes you smile before you've even registered why. The scene is immediately charming and grows more rewarding the longer you sit with it, piece by piece. A perfect gift for New York City lovers, New Yorker fans, and anyone who appreciates a little humor with their Americana — ideal for a summer birthday, a housewarming, or simply because Lady Liberty deserves an audience.New Yorker Cover by Artist Peter de Sève, originally published on May 25th, 1998500 Piece Jigsaw PuzzleFinished Puzzle Size: 18"x24"Linen Style Finish to reduce glareMade in USARecommended Age: 10+ Years Show more
