Library Nook — Wooden DIY Library Book Nook Kit Build a miniature library for your bookshelf Library Nook is a wooden DIY book nook kit that turns a narrow space between your books into a miniature library. Its brown cover-like sides, gold-colored printed ornament and pointed front arch frame a two-level reading room. This is a kit to assemble yourself, with small furnishings and decorations that give the finished bookshelf insert the character of a well-used private study. A reading room with more to discover Bookcases rise behind the writing desk and continue above the balcony. A framed world map and small pictures decorate the patterned walls; below, a sunflower painting stands on an easel beside a miniature telescope. The desk holds little books, papers and a quill, with an ornate chair and a red patterned rug completing the scene. The scene combines miniature furniture with printed decorative details. Return to the project over a few evenings Set aside a place to work and enjoy building the library in stages. Bringing the structure together, arranging the furniture and placing the smaller details offer different kinds of hands-on attention. Spread the project over several evenings if that suits your routine, leaving time to study the instructions and enjoy the assembly. The finished scene gives you a record of the time you spent making it, down to the books on the smallest shelf. Warm light behind the book-like cover The included LED lighting brings warmth to the miniature interior and draws attention to the upper gallery and fireplace scene. The tall front opening lets you look through the room from your shelf, while the decorated side gives it the appearance of an old volume. It is a small display model for a home library, reading corner or desk; the telescope, clock faces and fireplace are decorative miniature elements. A book lover’s gift with something to make For readers who enjoy detailed interiors and adult craft projects, Library Nook offers a different way to spend time with books. Give the unbuilt miniature library kit to someone who likes making, or assemble it as a personal bookshelf gift. The completed model is approximately 24 cm high, 10 cm wide and 18 cm deep, so check both shelf height and depth when planning its place. The full-size books and other room accessories in styled photographs are display props. Product details at a glance Product: Library Nook wooden DIY book nook kit; supplied for self-assembly.
