Evoluzione examines both designed, geometric pattern and the naturally occurring organic forms found in the earth. A forward-thinking, moody and masculine interpretation of texture and form; hand-made using traditional techniques.A play on our tapered diamond. In hand-carving each shape, our artisans purposely left areas and shapes unfinished. Erased, the unknown. The unexpectedness of a deconstructed and incomplete pattern contributes a deeper level of interest. Rug photographed measures 2.00m x 3.00m Show more
