Nolune is a dark fantasy display typeface. Each glyph carries tension between structure and collapse, between invocation and silence. The letterforms grow outward like roots or decay, blending blackletter tradition with something far less stable: organic extensions, hooked terminals, and stroke weights that shift between razor precision and raw erosion. It is not a typeface built for comfort or clarity. It is built for atmosphere. For titles that should feel like warnings. For layouts that hold weight before a single word is read. The forms are legible at display scale but resist domestication — every character retains something unresolved, something that belongs to the world it came from. Nolune was born alongside an unreleased dark fantasy tabletop RPG system rooted in Northern Italian folklore, rural myths, and fragmented oral traditions. This release is a partial disclosure — a way to access the atmosphere before the rules exist. A method to sustain what is still incomplete. Learn more about the Nolune universe here. Perfect for game design, album artwork, editorial titles, dark branding, poster design, occult packaging, and any project where typography needs to carry the weight of something unnamed.
