Size:66 x 50 inImmerse yourself in the captivating world of Dave White's original artwork, 'Otter', a mesmerising piece that combines the allure of wildlife with an innovative artistic approach. Framed in an ultra-thin white floating wooden frame, this striking 66 x 50 inches masterpiece on linen beckons viewers into its vibrant embrace, featuring an otter depicted through a harmonious symphony of colours and textures. At the heart of this artwork lies a palette that dances between the deep burgundy shadows and soft dusky pinks, interwoven with hues akin to rich mahogany and delicate lavender-grey undertones. This dynamic blend is further enriched by whispers of midnight plum and ephemeral strokes of charcoal black, punctuated by bold crimson accents. Such a vivid orchestration of colours brings to life the otter's form with an energy that’s both raw and elegantly refined. Dave White has skilfully captured not just the physical essence but also the spirited character of his subject. His unique style—marked by expressive brushwork and captivating colour play—draws from his diverse career beginning with prestigious exhibitions at The Royal College of Art leading to groundbreaking ventures like his pioneer 'Sneaker Art' movement. With each stroke on canvas, White delves deeper into themes close to his heart: wildlife conservation and environmental awareness. 'Oriental Otter' does more than just adorn a space; it invites introspection about our natural world through art that moves, challenges, and inspires.
