Our fresh oxtail is Alberta beef sourced from Cargill and prepared right here in Calgary. Rich in collagen, deeply flavoured and built for slow cooking, oxtail is the centrepiece o f one of South Africa's best loved comfort dishes. Use it for a traditional South African oxtail bredie, a slow braised stew with red wine and vegetables, or a potjie. This is the cut that rewards patience. Show more
